This policy explains what personal information KAN Consulting Solutions (KAN Associates) collects through www.worthofwork.com, why, and how it is protected. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

• When you buy: name, email, phone number and, for the printed book or bundle, your shipping address. Razorpay collects these on its checkout page. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you use the course: your email address, the date you were given access, the date you last signed in, the lessons you have completed, your best assessment score and, if you request a certificate, the name you enter for it and when it was sent.
• When you fill in a form (community or certification): the details you enter, such as name, email, role, organisation and assessment result.
• Automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and time), kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To process orders, ship books and give course access.
• To send emails you need: receipts, sign-in links, certificates and replies to your messages.
• When a course certificate is issued for the first time, our team receives a short notice with your name, email address and assessment score.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

• After you sign in to the course, two cookies keep you signed in for 30 days. They contain an anonymous code, not your email address.
• Your course progress (completed lessons and your best assessment score) is saved with your course access, so it is kept between visits and devices.
• If you choose a currency, that choice is remembered in your browser.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Showing the right prices

To show prices in rupees or US dollars, your browser asks free.freeipapi.com or ipwho.is for the country of your internet connection. Only the country is used, and we do not store it.

Who processes data for us

• Razorpay: payments.
• Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region): website hosting, the course access list and sending emails.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr: fonts and a website library, loaded by your browser.

How long we keep it

Order and course-access records are kept for as long as you have access and as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@kanassociates.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting course-access records ends course access.
