Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use www.worthofwork.com or buy anything from it. The website is operated by KAN Consulting Solutions (KAN Associates), India. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell the book The Worth of Work by Neelima Kaushik and Kaushik Srinivasan, an online course that accompanies it (the NOVA JE certification course), and a bundle of both. The Kindle edition is sold by Amazon under Amazon's own terms.

Prices for the printed book and the bundle include shipping. Prices are shown before checkout and charged in the currency displayed. Prices include applicable taxes.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds and you receive a receipt by email.

3. Access to the online course

• After a successful payment, we email a sign-in link to the email address you gave at checkout. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes; you can request a new one at any time at www.worthofwork.com/course-login.
• Access is personal to the buyer and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Access continues for as long as we offer the course, and for at least 12 months from purchase.
• We may update course content to keep it accurate.

4. Certificates

• Online course: when you have completed every lesson and scored at least 80% in the assessment, you can receive the KAN NOVA Job Evaluation Advanced Practitioner Program certificate. It is emailed to the address you use for the course and can also be downloaded from the course.
• Free certification programme on this website: passing its assessment gives the KAN NOVA Job Evaluation Level 1 Practitioner Program certificate.

The name on a certificate is the one you enter. Certificates confirm completion of the programme; they are not a professional licence or accreditation.

5. Intellectual property

The book, course, NOVA framework, website content, images and certificates are owned by KAN Associates and the authors. You may use them for your own learning and work, but may not copy, republish, distribute or sell them without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, share course access, or submit false information.

7. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery of the book and the course is described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. To ask about cancelling an order or a refund, write to contact@kanassociates.com with your payment reference.

8. Limitation of liability

The book and course provide general guidance on job evaluation. They are not a substitute for professional advice specific to your organisation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies to purchases made after that date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
