- Each person in the Worth of Work community is an adult. And as such, they have the right of self-governance. We minimize the use of hierarchy, understanding that as adults, our performance will reflect our attention.

- Each person brings a wholistic package to work with them. Each person has a personal life, physical health, struggles, and passions that inform how, when, and why they show up to work every day. Everyone in the Worth of Work community recognizes this and gives grace and support when able or needed.
- The benefit of the doubt is always given first at Worth of Work. We recognize that our ability to be a good team member, as well as a happy and healthy human, relies on our ability to believe that everyone is doing their best.
Ownership
- Each student is expected to own their results and be accountable for their partnership with Worth of Work. Each Worth of Work team member is in charge of key metrics that indicates the results of their work.
- The Worth of Work community is great at thinking beyond your immediate surroundings. We take ownership of our actions and the community itself.
