The mission of Worth of Work is to make the workplace somewhere that helps each of us express more of ourselves, not hinders our lives or our growth. We want to see the workplace fulfill our callings and be a place we look forward to being. Worth of Work strives to create businesses that people WANT to work at.

Creating & maintaining a strong culture within the Worth of Work Team & Community is the crux of why Worth of Work started in the first place.

We strive to empower our community members & students with the tools, information, strategies and support that will allow them to break through their insecurities and discover how to create a workplace culture that empowers team members of their own.
It is our goal to create a safe space for the individuals within Worth of Work and those who come across our brand to grow, develop and align in a way that will support the modern world of work that we're rapidly moving into.

  • Each person in the Worth of Work community is an adult. And as such, they have the right of self-governance. We minimize the use of hierarchy, understanding that as adults, our performance will reflect our attention.

Respect for everyone's humaNness

  • Each person brings a wholistic package to work with them. Each person has a personal life, physical health, struggles, and passions that inform how, when, and why they show up to work every day. Everyone in the Worth of Work community recognizes this and gives grace and support when able or needed.
  • The benefit of the doubt is always given first at Worth of Work. We recognize that our ability to be a good team member, as well as a happy and healthy human, relies on our ability to believe that everyone is doing their best.

Ownership

  • Each student is expected to own their results and be accountable for their partnership with Worth of Work. Each Worth of Work team member is in charge of key metrics that indicates the results of their work.
  • The Worth of Work community is great at thinking beyond your immediate surroundings. We take ownership of our actions and the community itself.
