My name is Emily B. and am OBSESSED with envisioning a future where work is a value ADD to our lives... not something that takes away from them.
I have a degree in Urban Studies, which basically just means I graduated knowing how to daydream about how society could be better than it is today. Ever since, I've spent my free time listening to podcasts, reading about organizational psychology, and supporting the organizations I worked at in considering how we could make work better... not just for the entrepreneurs and c-suite, but for EVERYONE.
But when it came for me to launch my coaching business, I was at a loss for how to apply what I had been learning as an online solopreneur. What's your refund policy?
I deeply believe in my ability to give you the tools, processes, and concrete steps to teach you how to build and manage your first 5-10 team members. I believe that the mindset and practical principals I teach can revolutionize your business. I believe deeply in the various components of education, meditation, and all of the tools that I have in my tool-belt to get you where you want to go. I believe that you can maximize the impact you have in the world, but it is up to you. Because you have access to so many guides, tangible templates, instructional videos, and resource links, I cannot offer a refund.
Do you guarantee results?
While these are tools and strategies I use in my own life and have gathered from various organizational psychologists and other leadership experts, I cannot guarantee any level of transformation success from the Permission to Lead program. Each person’s transformation depends on their own efforts, readiness, goals, and unique timing for implementation.
How will the course be delivered?
When you enroll, you’ll immediately get access to the Welcome Lesson. Upon completion of the Welcome Lesson, you'll immediately have access to Lesson 1. From there, each following lesson will open up 1 week later. However, you will need to complete each proceeding lesson before moving on to the next. If you do not complete the proceding module before that 1 week time period, you will need to finish the current lesson before moving on. For example, if you opened Lesson 1 on August 1st, then finished Lesson 1 on August 5th, you'd still have to wait until August 7th before the next lesson would be available to you.
